Description of Memberships

Class A: $350.00 for stock and $450.00 dues, totally $800.00 for the 1st year then only $450 a year for dues after:

Benefits: All household members may attend, Stockholder(partial owner), 20 free guest passes, Voting rights, Can serve on the board and Profits off the sale of property

Class B: $500.00 dues

Benefits: All household members my attend, no contract and can discontinue in any year

If you choose to purchase from a current member there is a $100, one time fee to be paid

to the pool. This is for you and the seller to decide who pays.

Babysitter Passes are available for $65.00 a season.

You may designate a person to care for your children under your membership.

Please contact for information on Class A members selling their memberships for discounted prices.

Payment options are available:

Option 1:

First payment is due March 31st of $225.00

Second payment is due April 30th of $225.00

Option 2: recommended once a member Auto draft payments that run from September to August

$37.50 a month drafted on the 30th of every month

Option 3: 

Payment plans are available and must be paid in full by December of each season

New Class A members only: If you join after June 30th, you will be prorated for the remainder of the season

$350.00 for stock and then after July 1st,  the prorated dues are as followed:

July 1-July 15 $375.00

July 16-July 30 $300.00

After August 1st $225.00

New Class B members ONLY: If you join after June 30th, you will be prorated for the remainder of the season

After July 1 the prorations are as followed:

 July 1-July 15 $425.00

July 16-July 30 $350.00

After August 1st $275..00
